	There is a two night minimum.
	Rates quoted do not include 6% Hocking County/Salt Creek township lodging tax. Tax will be computed at time of reservation.
	Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult person is $10.00 per night. Children (up to 18) are free.
	$25 pet fee for one dog per stay. $5 for each additional dog.  Maximum: 3 dogs. Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs only. Sorry, no puppies or cats/kittens. Please see our guidelines.
	A credit card is required to reserve a cabin. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted via PayPal.  After a reservation request is received, we will send a PayPal invoice.  Once you have completed the PayPal payment, we will e-mail your rental agreement for signature.
	Reservation deposit: 50% of total is required when booking. The balance is due at check-in.
	Cancellations within 7 days of reservation or NO SHOWS will forfeit 100% of deposit amount if we are unable to re-rent cabin.
	Full refund will be granted for a documented emergency presented in writing.
	We gladly welcome children. However, children must be supervised at all times. The Marsh Hollow property is best suited for children 7 years and older.
	We do not rent to persons under 21. NO HOUSE PARTIES.
	Check-in: 3 p.m./Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
	NO SMOKING in cabin. Smoking is permitted on the deck. Please use ashtrays provided.
	Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Note:  A phone is provided for local calls without charge. All long distance and local toll calls must be made with a phone card or credit card. There is NO cell phone service in this area.
